Mistress Mia shows her creative side by coming up with new ways to torment her pain slut.  Her gift to him in this scene are clothespins on his ball sack.  As she adds more pins, the burning pain increases.  She’s also sure to add in some ball squeezing.  And in usual Mia style, she’s vocal and playful throughout the CBT process.
